It's a great way to come experience what the lodge is all about and maybe take a little bit of the serenity of Sterling Forest home with you.
Our Weekend Getaways are all-inclusive and all activities are completely optional. Do them all or pick and choose -- it's up to you.

Yoga Studio + Rustic Spa

Sterling Forest is a platform for continued learning and inspiration and we invite lots of different teachers, makers, and inspiring folks to hold regular events at the Lodge.
Sterling Sanctuary is our new premiere boutique wellness studio + rustic spa in Stowe, Vermont. The Sanctuary hosts weekly yoga and wellness classes in our mountain view studio and access to our rustic spa. To join a class, visit our schedule and sign up!
Rent the Lodge
We love offering Sterling Forest Lodge as a platform for other teachers and makers to host their own classes and workshops.
In any given month you'll find a variety of fun events to choose from like flower arranging, breath work, botanical silk dying, wood craft, sound healing, yoga training, mindful outdoor experiences, and couples workshops to name a few.
Our intimate venue up in the mountains provides a special location to try something new and spend time in our uniquely designed spaces surrounded by the magic of our forest.
