Yoga + Wellness Classes
ON HIATUS for 2026
Sterling Sanctuary is the wellness studio and spa of Sterling Forest Lodge and offers rustic spa sessions and a variety of pop-up yoga classes in our mountain view studio.
Tucked away up in the forest, the studio experience here is unlike any other in Vermont; with an inspired studio, passionate teachers, and warm sanctuary space to relax before or after class.
Come for a sweat, a class, or just curl up next to the fire in our sanctuary space. Or both.
